Les colonnes du tableau ci-dessous représentent :
- 1. Le nombre d'équipements ayant un ou plusieurs Service Needs SN_STANDARD générés.
- 2. Le nombre d'équipements ayant un ou plusieurs Service Needs SN_STANDARD ouverts (dont retard = Visite MBM réalisée et SN ouvert)
- 4. Le nombre d'équipements ayant un ou plusieurs Service Needs SN_URGENT générés.
